Premium course Kick Off - Theory, strategy and how we will actually do this
We review the theory and get a good understanding for the key aspects of the transformation. We also take short look at logging and what crucial benchmarks that we need to pay attention to.
How to set up "fixed caloric budget", how to log morning weight. How to use the bar code scanner and how to log lunch and dinners, according to the protocol.
Premium course Week #2
We continue drumming in the strategy and get more clarity on the reason why the training and the nutrition protocol is designed the way it is. We also review the accountability sheet, that is an fantastic tool to guarantee success.
Premium course Week # 3
We continue the journey to master fat loss and muscle maintenance. We repeat the strategy and go though the theory of protein and essential amino acids, and why EAA gets multiplied by 3 in the accountability sheet. Great progress so far.
Premium course Week # 4
We continue the work and repeat the kay components of the strategy. We also note how important the logging is in the Lose it/my fitness pal or in the accountability sheet. The devil is in the details and every details matters.
Premium course Week # 5
We are celebrating some great progress in week 5 and continue to drill on the stratey from different angles to make it easier and easier to execute, so that you can get to your outcome with the least amount of frustration. It should not be hard, the journey should be pleasant. Stay consistent and you will win big time!!!
Premium course Week # 6
We centinue the journey and get ready for week 6 out of 17. This is now about 30% into the transformation. There should be some tangible results. We should also be ready to step up the training now, when out bodies are used to the work load. By creating an even larger deficit from now on, we can get even faster results. The food intake should still be as the original plan, but the activity can be increased. Again, weight training is top priority for the most athletic transformation.

We continue the journey and come up with a strategy to step up the progress even more. It is about not going too low in calories in, but instead adding to the expenditure and keeping supplements the same.
