I could hardly believe  the results that I got! My girlfriend was on Covid-19 lock down in Norway during my transformation with Stefan. She had to take a few serious retakes to comprehend what had happened to my body. It was amazing!

When we started the journey to the transformation Andre measured in at 24% body. We discussed the way to goal and what goals could be realistic. We decided on 10% body fat as the target. 

After working together for 4 months, Andre clocked in at a respectable 9.7% body fat. We not only reached the target, we exceeded it.

Andre first came to me as an accomplished Grammy winning music producer, working with the likes of Justin Bieber, Maroon 5 and Kelly Clarkson.

Although there is no doubt he is successful professionally, Andre felt that it was time to focus on himself. He wanted to get his health and body up to the level of the music he was producing.

Andre decided to take action and we worked together for 4 months. At the end of our program we reached, and exceeded Andre’s aggressive initial goal of 10% body fat, and we had a lot of fun along the way!
